My Soul Friend

Soul friend is when a small person, and a elder person at school, are chosen to look after each other for the entire year. We have a soul friend because our parents aren’t always with us so if the younger soul friend needs our help the elder soul friend will help.

We celebrate soul friends day on St Patrick's Day, we go to mass, we have a shared lunch, and we make a promise saying we will look after them for the rest of the year.

My soul friend is Lisiate, he is a 5 year old tongan boy who is in room 1, he has short hair, and his favourite color is green. He is a shy boy but he has a lot of friend, I hope this year me and Lisiate will do fun things together.

Here is what I enjoyed in a book that I just finished reading. The book I read was THE RULES.

Title - The Rules Date - 09.03.2016	ANSWER - I enjoyed the last part when Matiora got to play his mother's favourite song.	ANSWER - I was worried when his violin broke because I thought he was no longer going to play. I was also worried when his mum found out that he broke his violin, and took it out of the house.	ANSWER - I wonder what his mother was feeling at the end when he got to play his mother's favourite song.
